Ray did a really good job in cleaning our concrete patio & steps, and metal handrails & fence, that had accumulated a lot of mold and dirt over the last couple of years. He was quick to provide a fair estimate, kept to the scheduled date, and let me know when he was to arrive. He was very thorough, and it looks like a new outdoor area now. We will certainly have him back again when needed.

Ray worked at my home yesterday. Courteous and thorough - did before start prep work well to prevent issues with process. He cleaned house, playhouse, sheds, outdoor furniture and rugs - all looks new! I asked him to pencil me in beginning of May next year. Very satisfied with quality of work.

I have hired other crews to pressure wash my previous house and this was my first time hiring Ray. OMG was it a night and day difference in communication, customer service, and quality results. Ray quickly and clearly communicated when he could show up and stuck to his time window. He was immediately upfront about price (which was very fair) and then he got straight to work. He was thorough and meticulous. He even made sure to place a cover over our doorbell camera to protect it from possible water damage. 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely be hiring Ray again.
